From iOS version 11 and Android version 8, there are built-in scanners that you can use to scan a QR code sent, or otherwise saved to your device as an image. On Android, you can scan the code from your Gallery app, by clicking on the Google Lens icon while the image is open. With iOS, you’ll tap the “live text detection” icon instead. For earlier operating systems, you will need to download a third party app with this capability.
EPICeSIM provides data-only plans. For voice calls and SMS, you can use services like WhatsApp, Skype, or other VoIP applications.

Yes, absolutely. When you notice/see that your data has almost run out, log into your EPICeSIM account and go to your “my esim” page. All your esims will be listed. Go to the plan for the region you’d like to top up, and select the plan from the Top Up list. Complete payment, then you’re all set.
No, we do not track or record your device’s location. In compliance with legal requirements, we only keep records of the time, data (Megabytes) used, and the cellular provider for each data connection.

If your device is not listed on the eSIM Compatibility List, you will not be able to use EPICeSIM data plans. Currently, we do not offer physical SIM cards.

One EPICeSIM gives you access to the networks of the region specific to that eSIM. If you need to be connected in multiple destinations, you can activate an EPICeSIM for each of the regions you are visiting.
